Objectives of this Training Course have been shared and elaborated by all the partners and they are: - To train youth workers, youth leaders, educators, youth animators, responsible of youth centres, peer educators, volunteers through a “training path” to acquire and improve their knowledge and competences on using creativity and artistic expression as tools to promote and facilitate processes of social inclusion, active citizenship and personal development for young people coming from disadvantaged conditions; - To empower the social and personal development of young people through the quality improvement of the activities and methodologies applied by youth organisations and youth centres to promote the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities; - To compare, transfer and share good examples, competences and knowledge developed in each local context on the inclusive strategies for young people coming from disadvantaged conditions; - To plan adequate measures to transfer, multiply and apply the knowledge and the competences acquired during the project in both the different local contexts involved and in further international projects to be organised within Erasmus+ Programme. During preparatory phase participants will collect information and documentation on good practices, strategies and activities realised in their countries and local contexts on the thematic of fighting against marginalisation and exclusion of young people coming from disadvantaged conditions and on the eventual use of creative and artistic tools. They will also do a preparation on intercultural aspects. During the Training Course will be organised ice-breaker games, team building, presentation of Erasmus+ Programme and Youthpass, sharing sessions on associative backgrounds and preparatory works, two working sessions on the topics of the project, a meeting with local youth and associations, a training path based on acquiring competences and knowledge on how to promote inclusive processes through the use of creativity and artistic expression as tools, a working session on how to reproduce and apply the acquired competences and knowledge, working sessions on the elaboration of future common steps, daily evaluations and a final evaluation. Main impact will be on the involved youth workers who will have the possibility to explore the different aspects of creativity and artistic expression in order to use them as tool to promote and encourage active participation of young people in the social and cultural life of their community. Future steps planned will guarantee to the project a continuity in the long term perspective and in the different European context reinforcing the partnership and providing a quality improvement in the action through the direct involvement of those young people with which we will work in already planned activities.
