The project Youngsters with disabilities-volunteers for dialogue between generations, initiated by Open Interaction Association is aimed for young people with disabilities who are interested in the field of ecological balance, environmental protection and healthy lifestyle and who also show citizenship activity, social and civic engagement for people with disabilites toward their integration and inclusion in modern civic society. In the European year of active ageing and intergenerational solidarity, the main focus of the project will be gialogue between generations.Young volunteers will meet with communities of deaf people from different generations. We seek for dialogue toward exchange of experience and knowledge between different generations of modern life for current topics related to raising awareness of deaf people to tackel global environmental challenges, practices for achieving ecological balance, healthy behavior and forms for healthy lifestyle, build green skills and behaviour among young people with disabilites and their commitment to more sustainable growth and to promote social inclusion and active participation of young people in society. Will initiate join activities with environmental organizations, institutions and people with disabilities. The young volunteers will be familiar with the international sign language Jestuno on communicative level, which is a possibility for their integration at European level.
