Youth unemployment is a major concern of European society today, especially in the countries of southern Europe and even more incisive form among young women, as reflected in the vast majority of opinion polls of the population both national and European level. The European Commission in the interest of curbing this social problem has launched the Youth Guarantee Plan is a new initiative to combat youth unemployment. "Young European Women United for the Employment and Equality" is a project focused on youth employment from a gender perspective, meaning that young women suffer multiple discrimination in accessing to the labor market. That is why what is intended is to perform a comparative analysis of the effects it has had the Youth Guarantee Plan as well as other European policies to promote employment by focusing on young women analysis. The main objective is therefore to help build a Europe with more youth employment and greater equality between men and women. To do a thorough analysis of the results of current policies and proposals will be made to policy makers that promote more and better jobs for young people and especially young women. The process continued and participatory dialogue, is the vehicular methodology of this project and will include a number of working groups at the national level in which young, political and experts conducted a joint analysis situation in his country, this will be expanded and given a European vision through various virtual mobilities in which all participating organizations will have sessions of joint virtual force to prepare a base document analysis, which will be debated in the first transnational meeting, it will be 4 days duration, in December 2015 and with the participation of MEPs, politicians at local, regional and national levels, experts renowned and young people. They will analyze and discuss topics such as: The impact of the Youth Guarantee EU program, job quality and how it affects the "precarious" to young women, characterizing the situation of the labor market, with data on the evolution in the last 10 years, new hiring, new models of dual training effects of work-life balance policies; stability, temporality, salary levels in the labor market and how it affects young women migrants. Once it has done this comparative analysis of the European policies implementation results of youth employment on young women, a process analogous to the previous dialogue will begin working on groups nationally and virtual meetings with partners to develop the second policy proposals for job creation base document, especially targeting young women. To agree, expand and improve this document one second transnational meeting of policy proposals, 4-day in April 2016, will be performed, in which young people will have the main role, and also assist policy makers, technicians and experts. In the end this meeting a report on the impact of European employment policies on young women will be published, with a first analytical part and the other proposals that are based on youth, involving them in the reform of policies that directly affect them, and bringing those responsible for making decisions to the reality of young people. To carry out this project have involved four organizations with experience in the field of labor market analysis and the obstacles facing young women and common goals to build a more social Europe where there will be a labor market quality and stable, such as: the Foundation for Citizens' Europe (Spain), Espaces Marx (France), Gender studies (Czech Republic) and Altra Mente (Italy). In addition, the FEC and Espaces Marx belong to the European Network "Transform! European Network for Alternative Thinking and Political Dialogue "This network also has extensive experience in conducting transnational projects and especially in the field of youth employment and women. These institutions have a large structure, experience and abilities for the project to have a great impact, at local, regional, national and European level, especially in the participating countries. This impact and dissemination will focus on project results both intangible as learning outcomes and the report of analysis and proposals on youth labor market aimed specifically at women, which will be published in a commercial grade format and disseminated to European level.
