Adult education, in the frame of education and training, is a detailed activity, held in a wide age spectrum, that needs different skills, different methods and different approaches when compared to formal education. Every person that has got out of formal education is the potential learner of adult education. During the multidimensional adult education, lots of problems encountered both in communication and manner dimension and in education methods dimension because of the learners' social, cultural, educational(social exclusion, early school leaving) and unemployment problems. Within these problems, we need the gains of the activities that will be held during our project and the course that will be supplied by host organization. To the mobility activity of our project that has prepared by the analyzes of these problems and needs, 3 participants from Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Vocational and Technical High School and 2 participants from each of our other consortium members and totally 11 participants will attend. Participants will be chosen among the vocational teachers who are maintaining adult education in applying institution and partner institution with the criteria of demands of solving their adult education problems with an European Added Value, sharing their adult education experiences with others and getting others' adult education experiences, improve their foreign language skills, making social and cultural interaction, via a questionnaire evaluating these criteria. Within our project, participants will attend the course named "Soft Skills for Education Providers" which will be held by the education institution ITC International in Prague, Czech Republic, between 26 October-06 November 2015 during two weeks. Addition to the social, cultural and language preparation before the mobility activity, it is aimed to get various gains within the course and dissemination activities(web site, seminar, banner, brochure, poster, local in-service training, publicity via local press). By the determination, analyze and activity stages of our project, our aims are; a) To help the participant institutions to solve their adult education problems with an European Added Value, b) To help the participant institutions to use a more professional approach in their management and planning parts, c) To found a sustainable cooperation between the participant institutions and the host institution, ITC International, d) To help the participants to have social and cultural interactions and to improve their foreign language skills. Within these aims, expected results and effects of our projects are; a) Having adult education institutions in Gaziantep who solved their adult education problems with an European Added Value, b) Usage of a more professional approach in the planning and management of adult education for the schools that executing adult education, c) A sustainable cooperation, which is founded between the participant institutions and the host institution, ITC International, d) Carried out social and cultural interaction and improved foreign language skills. The long term utilities of our project within it' s aims, goals and acitivities are to support European Citizenship, one of the goals of European Council, to decrease the problems about social exclusion, youth unemployment, inability of redirecting to the formal education and early school leaving in local area.
