Our experienced instructors needs to re-evaluate their experiences and knowledge in an innovative process.Support students' cognitive and emotional development of disadvantaged areas and to respond timely to the needs of our teachers gain an effective and competent communication skills are important. New academic understanding of learning and application needs, interact with students constitute the grounds for the emergence of this project to provide a communication medium.Teachers to clarify an innovative identity, to inform you about new educational -Lecturer methods; reveal teachers' strengths, enhancing the functionality of the class guidance work, classroom management manager with effective schools and to increase teacher qualifications, student-centered create school profile, to create interactive teaching strategies levels in disadvantaged groups, school guidance the Executive Committee of the goals of the project to create a commission on disadvantaged students.In this sense, Yalova Anatolian religious high schools teachers and administrators in recognition of the advantageous aspects of the country that will allow them to develop education and training capabilities with innovative technical education system and to ensure that their education system to our integration will be useful.In our project, teachers with new methodologies to contribute to the academic and professional development, and in particular "problem-based learning, guidance and develop effective communication skills in effective schools with disadvantaged students" is intended to make progress in point.In this context, effective and widely used in the execution of projects; execution, monitoring and evaluation teams will be established. Our project, with innovative approaches to teaching experience blending consciousness, dealing with the problems of the students and trying to find solutions, develop self-willing, will be comprised of social entrepreneurs participants.Through the project's first group of participants; "New Learning Environments" be informed about new learning environment with the course, the second group "Innovative Approaches to teaching" learning by inovatik approach to teaching the courses to update their knowledge and experience, third group Encouraging creative thinking "to encourage the training of students are expected to demonstrate new appraches.project duration is 24 months, our project will be conducted with 20 participants. At the time planned for project will consist of three separate teacher mobility group and 5, separately for each group will consist of working days. 21 teachers and participate in training activities under the Project 2 administrators. Teachers will be divided into 3 groups of 6 educators at all mobility.
