Our school is located in the area which is close to the war territory, is common with terrorism and death at young ages more than the other areas. These circumstances and the deficiency of us (teachers) shows the impotance of this matter. We have 73 students who lost their parents. This number should not be undersetimated for a school shows that 'grief educating' is so important and necessary.Well then, in this process how efficieny are teachers who is so important fact?Our project named 'Grief Educating' will come true in partnership with Sakarya Primary School and District National Education Directorship with participation 12 teachers in a education institution in Slovenia. Participants will be chosen according to some criterias like young, dynamic, collaborator, language proficiency, and innovator. The main objective of the project is to integrate the students who lost their parents with grief educating and to prevent early school leaving. Our project makes a point of reducing early school leaving which is an objective of European Commission Education and Training 2020. At the same time our project will help students to be confident, productive, positive and self-sufficient. For the all objectives, our teachers are not enough sufficient. They don't know how to approach orhan students and their guardians. Our teachers should be educated to help students overcome this process with the least damage in shortest time. Which competencies will teachers acquire? Understanding various factors that lead to school drop-outs. Getting familiar with systemic approach for preventing early school leaving. Strategies for working with school-children that have poor self-esteem. Strategies for working with unmotivated, emotionally vulnerable or behaviourally difficult school-children. Early identification of the children who are at risk for drop-outs. Empowering teachers & counsellors for dealing with drop-out problematic. Establishing fruitful cooperation with parents of students who are facing drop-out of school. Experience with early school leaving prevention in Slovenian schools. Our teachers will improve their visions and get familiar with European cultures. All the gains we will get in this project will be shared the other teachers, parents and guardians in the whole city by conferences, seminars and catalogs. The new teachers will be informed and made guidance. Shortly, in the end of the project we will be teachers who can tell and teach the students that this process is a naturel situaiton and they can handle with this process successfully. They will recognize that this process should be lived by externalizing emotions. It is planned that this education will be spread out and the students who live this process will be integrated to the schools.
