It is a scientifically proven fact that learning a language in early ages materializes more effectively and efficiently. Since 2012 in our country 4+4+4 educational system was initialized and foreign language teaching was added from primary school grade 2 in curriculum of primary schools. However there is an insufficiency in terms of available numbers of foreign language teachers. In schools without foreign language teachers, teaching foreign language is carried out by class teachers. In addition to class teachers English insufficiency , the real problem is not having the capability of teaching methods for students in primary school grade 2. If we think about continuity about deficiency of foreign language teachers especially in rural areas, class teachers’ studying foreign language teaching methodology is of importance element in foreign language teaching. Our project consists from the teachers of our school having course activities about training and teaching methodology abroad. 10 class teachers working in our school will be subject to a course related to foreign language teaching methodology in Spain. The course methodology will include teaching methods for students in primary school grade 2, measurement and assessment, improving material, pedagogic approach and extracurricular activities. In our country inexistence of specific course for the subject group requires participation of an English course in this field. At the end of the course activity, a meeting will be organized in order to ensure participation of all class teachers in the borough for sharing the course outputs by other class teachers. In this meeting, achievements gained during the course will be transferred for the utilization of other teachers who have same problems. The outputs of the project are not only expected to contribute positively to participants but also to the institution’s strategic development. At the same time, the other primary schools developments’ in the neighborhoods will be contributed with outputs that the other schools will be benefited and a large group of students and teachers will be reached by having more efficient courses. Foreign experiences will open new horizons both participants and also indirectly students such as introducing new cultures, acquiring new ideas etc, and it will raise achievement levels. Observations and experiences, which will be used by participants throughout their working life, will do a positive effect in carrier development also. The knowhow transferred to students, being more interesting, will make easy to learn language; it will consolidate learning desire. The teachers’ and students’ improvements will reflect to institution, enduring applications with school success affect students’ positively throughout their educational life.
