XPTO+ III – eXcellence in Professional Training Opportunities III

In 2014 and 2015, two projects under the consortium XPTO + have been presented and it is from the success of the full execution of the 1st and implementation of the 2nd, which is born the desire to give continuity to this project and submit a new application.For this new project, XPTO+ III, the sending entities involved remain the same: the Group of Schools of Santo André, Vocation School of Fafe, Vocational School of Rio Maiorand Academia Total-IEDP. The keeping of the entities results not only in the strengthening of the existing partnership ties, as well as givesgreater power to achieve the goals that are established for this project and consortium - offer new experiences of international mobility to recent graduates of vocational courses level 4, and support their integration in the labour market. EUROYOUTH remains as a mediator between schools, providing human resources and expertise necessary for the coordination of a project under the ERASMUS+.The number of participants covered are 60, 15 of each vocational school, distributed among the 16 courses. There are foreseen internship mobilities to the following European destinations in a total of 12 (Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, UK, Malta, Austria, Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece).The project aims to:- FOSTER EMPLOYABILITY AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALIIZED AND QUALIFIED CAREERS OF THE RECENT GRADUATES, SEARCHING FOR THE FIRST JOB- ENSURE THE QUALITY AND UPDATING OF THE TRAINING OFFER AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE of the XPTO+ III consortium- PROMOTE THE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND INTERNATIONALIZATION of the consortium XPTO+ III - CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF PORTUGAL AND EUROPEThis project will use the following instruments / certificates:- Curriculum Vitae (CV) Europass- Europass Mobility DocumentXPTO+ III will have the following expected impacts:THE PARTICIPANTS- PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN EUROPEAN COMPANIESDULY CERTIFIED- INCREASE OF THE EMPLOYABILITY RATE- CAPACITY OF SELF-PROMOTION AND AFFIRMATION - ENHANCEMENT OF SOFT SKILLS- ENHANCEMENT OF PERSONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS- INCREASING NUMBERS OF QUALIFIED YOUNGSTERS IN TRAINING MOBILITY- IMPROVEMENT OF LANGUAGE SKILLS- CLOSENESS OF THE NEW GENERATIONS TO EUROPETHE PARTNERS IN THE CONSORTIUM AND INTERMEDIATE- Development of good practices in MANAGEMENT OF PARTNERSHIPS / CONSORTIUMS at a national and international scale- Widening of SUPPORTS TO THE EMPLOYABILITY- Consolidation of a WORK NETWORK THAT integrates different types of organizations and skills- MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF THE TEAMS- CLOSENESS OF PARTNERS TO THEMES AND KEY ACTIONS OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION THE HOSTING PARTNERS- Update working methods and techniques- Renewal of ideas and visions with the entry of a young, foreign and newly graduate MEMBER- Increase knowledge of the European market- Expansion of its contacts network internationally- Potential hiring of human resources, already validated as being of interest to the organization- Increased capacity for work IN SOCIETY AT LARGE- Sensitization of civil societyactors and socio-economic fabric for the importance of mobility- Increased knowledge and transparency at the level of the European labour market- Bringing closer the countries in Europe, promoting inter exchanges and inter knowledgeAt the national and transnational level, this project will contribute to:- Strengthening the Portuguese participation in European programmes- The continuation of the EU Strategy 2020, insofar as it contributes to the education, training and employability of EU citizens- Fighting school dropout and youth unemployment, promoting employability and entrepreneurship- The existence of an enhanced awareness in the companies about the benefits of mobility- The creation and/or strengthening of partnerships between institutions of vocational training and employers/business associations- The consolidation of the network and mobility with harmonization of good practices, particularly in terms of internship plans and corresponding evaluation and certification of the acquired skills- Improving international work capacity and cooperation between European entities, namely teaching, guidance and labour market, with regard to communication, planning, best practices and quality criteria- Consolidation of thematic and cross-sector partnerships, which can create the promotion of new relationships and new projects between organizations, promoting contacts of proximity that go beyond the mobility projects.- Increase the number of youngsters with international mobility experiences, duly recognized
