The project will last 2 years, for the learning mobility of pupils and staff. Vitalis foreign partner is Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte mbH Schkeuditz / Germany and PENSION Imbachhorn ESKO Kotowski KG Fusch / Austria.The applicant institution-Association for the Support of Vocational Education "WABAR" ZSP No. 1 in Barlinek recognizes the important discrepancy between the expectations of students and the real possibilities of job finding after some directions of education. The school examines the fate of their graduates. analyzes the needs of pupils at the basic observation, surveys and interviews. The statistics on youth unemployment is confirmed poor preparation for the labor market in the EU. The problem is a large percentage of graduates having the status of unemployment. The results of these studies led to the writing of the project that will answer the needs of pupils (personal development, improvement of key competences, profession skills, to improve knowledge of foreign language, create opportunities for learning mobility, knowledge of the labor market and living conditions in Europe, increasing intercultural awareness. Students will gain added value in the form knowledge and skills that are not able to acquire in school – e.g. of innovative technological and organizational solutions (including ICT). Implementation of the project will help change the consciousness of the student, show him different ways of development people and profession, to educate in the characteristics of an entrepreneur, unleash the initiative positive energy, creative thinking. Youth will also increase the sense of European identity.The project for the staff intended to meet their needs: the ability to innovate, enhance the attractiveness of the classes, training and quality of work with young people, make new contacts, increase mobility. It assumes observation in training institutions and industry in Germany, which will allow the acquisition of experience and knowledge in the field of education profession, meet new tech. and org. solutions, which will improve the quality and innovation of their work. This will allow the adaptation of best practices, knowledge of the principles of international confirmation of qualifications, vocational education support system, sharing knowledge. Education on vocational labor market needs to move good ideas and implement for their own individual work with students. Participation in the project is an opportunity to compare educational systems and teaching equipment.Association partners and School will benefit: increased capacity for action at the international level, improving management skills and strategies for the international dimension in the field of vocational education, as well as the continuation of cooperation with foreign partners, innovative and improved approach to work towards the target groups, the implementation process recognition and certification of skills acquired abroad and increase the efficiency of the local community; improving methods of working with young people.Mobility project is addressed to 62 students and six tutors (68 mobility) and 24 staff (48 mobility). Students in May 2017 and 2018. (2x24 students + 2x2 tutors) Students of industry mechanics, IT, car mechanics, trade and economics will take 12 day apprenticeship, in accordance with a program in Germany created workplaces enterprises, and 14 (2x7) students hoteling-gastronomy 28 day apprentice of the Pension Austria. In July 2017 and 2018 24 representatives of the above-mentioned educational staff will go to Germany. Scheduled for January 2017 study visits with partners are to ensure proper implementation of the objectives and results. Students and staff will be chosen in the selection procedure. Measures agreed in the preparatory process were included in the project schedule. Thanks to them, it will be possible to achieve the project's results:-students will broaden their knowledge of a foreign language, gain new skills (including ICT), experience profession. through practice in the workplace, benefit from various forms of professional, they decide on their own business and municipal preventing unemployment-the staff will gain knowledge about effective forms, methods, tools used in the education of their profession. (including ICT) which will help to create better conditions for individual teaching and learning of students, new work experience.Long-term benefits of the project for the Association, partners, schools and the local environment - promotion of mobility, partnerships, non-school forms of training, improve and develop cooperation in the training profession in EU countries.
