The participation in the project will definitely increase the professional competence of the beneficiaries. It will also strengthen their self-confidence, students learn different methods of working in the European multi-cultural environment, discover new opportunities for professional development and to increase their self-esteem. First of all, the project participants will increase their professional skills and break the barrier of communicating in a foreign language in the workplace.
