WRITE- weil alles mit einer Idee beginnt
Start date: Jun 8, 2015, End date: Mar 7, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

WRITE – because everything begins with an ideaBackground of the project:The idea of this project is that young motivated people discover their passion and talent for literature. We want teach the participants about the handling with publishing house and literary world closer and we want motivate to try something new and to strengthen self-confidence. Through our own experience we know how difficult it can be to gain a foothold in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria. Mostly the problem begins with the publisher search. There are little recognizes publishers. Just as there aren’t much good organisations that promote young writers. Our team consists of 8 members. Sonja Wehrli and Jacqueline Frick are leaders of the project and are authors and publisher from Liechtenstein. They have carried out a successfully workshop for young people in 2013. Our active members occupy a decisive role. Irma Wille and Christof Posch are members resident in Austria. But our team is with the members completely. To this team belong Mathias and Andreas Deplazes resident in Liechtenstein, Rolf Wehrli and Christina Konzilia resident in Austria. The workshop sets off 8 half days, 3 days in addition and the publication. While the half days we offer the participants a program consisting of theory block, visits from the author Armin Öhri, the president of the literature and author Amelia Blackwoods and practice block which can be used from the participants to work on their own story.During the workshop the participants will work out a work dossier which can be used after termination of the workshop. With this workshop we want provide Liechtenstein, Vorarlberg and Ostschweiz the possibility over the country to build a community for young writers to socialize. Such youth development is not there yet in this area.
