WOULD YOU E+ ME? STARTING FROM THE BEGINNING is a Partnership Building Activity that aims to bring together European Organizations that are working within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM and want to widen their contacts for future, strong and qualitative cooperation. We aim, through this partnership activity to:a. discuss models and approaches to improve and implement the collaboration between partner Organizations working within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM,b. develop support systems for future cooperation within mobility, learning, education, training and sport opportunities that the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM offers,c. exchange good and innovative practices related to these mobility opportunities from the point of view of each entity and from that of each participating country,d. discuss the problems in the management and implementation of activities in mobility projects within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM and take a step towards solving these problems through working in a network.OBJECTIVESThrough this activity we intend to bring together and provide space, time and resources to professionals working within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM to:• Meet at a common place with other similar European professionals• Expand their horizons and their range of knowledge of the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM and its possibilities• Become familiar with other working methods and exchange good practices• Establish the basis of work in a stable, stong and qualitative network• Create and enable future Mobility, Education, Training and Sports opportunities at European level• Improve the quality of projects within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM METHODOLOGYThe partners will actively participate in every activity of the project where they will have the possibility to get to know each other personally and professionally in order to make contacts between European Organizations through a participatory, interactive and inclusive methodology which will consist of presentations, sharing of ideas, dynamics and workshops.In this project they will participate 9 partner associations coming from 7 European countries. The participants are professionals, project managers, youth workers, NGOs and Cooperatives representatives and come from the following countries:• 2 from Italy: 4 participants• 2 from France: 4 participants• Germany: 2 participantes• UK: 2 participants• Polond: 2 participants• Slovenia: 2 participants• Spain: 5 participants (incluiding the three trainers)RESULTS The areas of interest among the promoters of this activity are sustainability, trans-nationality and innovation. The work is divided into learning and sharing of good practice and innovative aspects and cooperation. Therefore, we believe that participants will benefit in various ways: - Learn to work with a diverse group of Associations with different ways of working;- The development of projects in collaboration with other European Entities in the framework of the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM and the creation of a close relationship between Partners;- Better understanding of the problems in the management and implementation of activities in mobility projects within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM and take a step towards solving these problems through working in a network;- Learning new tools.IMPACT AND BENEFITThis Project is based on four main themes:(1) Support the collaboration among European Entities for the development of future projects involving young people, thus fulfilling the main goals of the European Commission to promote Dialogue, Mutual Tolerance, Intercultural Awareness and Solidarity. Also break prejudices and stereotypes into building a society based on relationships on understanding and mutual respect.In addition to contribute to the development of a civil society , facilitating the integration and active participation of young people and thus encouraging the development of youth structures. Towards this direction , the promoters will work and discuss issues related to programs that provide Mobility and Active Participation opportunities for young people for in the construction of Europe 2020 ie improving the quality of mobility programs for young people, the challenges of the new Programme 2014-2020, etc..(2) To help the participants be able to prepare, conduct and evaluate projects focused on issues related to interculturality and raising awareness on cultural diversity within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAM.(3) Raise the level of intercultural competencies of the actors involved in Mobility, Training, Education and Sport projects and encourage them to use these skills acquired while interacting with each other in the future. (4) With a long-term perspective, equipping the promoters with tools and strategies to improve intercultural understanding when working together.
