The project involves 5 European, 3 Latin American and one Asian Organisation aiming to improve their capabilities related to non-formal education, recognition of non-formal learning, informal and volunteer contexts, web communication and advocacy to promote these themes in their own communities, and at a national and European level.Objectives are:1. To raise visibility of partner organizations, as well as promote their activities at a local, national and international level;2. to foster the usage of advocacy-based tools within no-profit and volunteering NGOs field;3. to enhance partner organizations capabilities in performing advocacy-based activities and promoting themselves through the web;4. to improve the recognition of capabilities gathered between institutions and their reference groups, in the formal, non-formal and volunteering context;5. to promote non-formal and volunteering educational experiences as complementary to formal experiences in order to fight against unemployment of young people;6. to create an innovative volunteering pattern aiming to maximize its impact on local communities and volunteers employability;7. to enhance volunteering efficiency and sustainability, and to inspire the creation of international volunteering patterns not depending on European funding;8. to develop the capability of handling formal and non-formal educational methods for non-European partner organizations;9. to strengthen the partnership between partner organizations through the exchange of good practices and the contamination of organizational models;10. to improve capabilities related to innovation, administration and internationalization for youth organizations working in education and training fields, through means made available by Erasmus + program.The partners will have a 4 day Kick off meeting, followed by a training course in Italy in May 2014. Right after the Extra European representatives will have one month mobility period in the European Organisations. In September and october 2014 eight groups of 2 EVS volunteers will go for a 9 months project in the 8 EVS Host Organisations of the Consortium. In May or June2015 the EVS volunteers will organise, together with the Host Organisation, a conference in which they will present the intellectual outputs of the projects: one website about recognition learning through non formal, informal and volunteering opportunities; one website and one toolkit about advocacy. All the partners will evaluate then the project and its impact in an evaluation meeting in Italy in October 2016.
