Working Traditions - Traditsioonid töös
Start date: Jul 7, 2010,

The project Working Traditions will take place in Vormsi island, Estonia and the participants will all be from small island from both Estonia and Finland. The purpose of this youth-exchange is to help youngsters to be more creative and flexible towards working and traditions and how to combine these two things. Through different workshops the participants will learn how to express themselves and how to find and emphasise their best abilities to find work in small communities. Cultural workshops will increase their tolerance towards people with different social and cultural backgrounds and help them to adapt to different situations. We will analyze the pros and cons of working in small communities and the youngsters will make a busyness plan which will later be under discussion to see it`s benefits and minuses. During this youth-exchange we will try to help youngsters from small island to see the good side of living on a small island and to notice the possibilities to find themselves a good job which will be beneficial for both themselves and the community itself.
