Our project deals with the effective and innovative methods which are going to be used in class. The objectives of our project are:1) To improve the educational results of our students 2) To turn the students' negative idea about school into a positive one and come to realize they can only benefit from it 3) To reduce early school leaving4) to give our school a European dimension by bringing together our faculty with teachers from all over Europe Twelve people from our personnel will participate (2 in each activity). They are all professional teachers who are interested in catching up with the latest knowledge in the field of education and improving the learning environment by implementing creative and innovative tools.All our activities are training courses in different countries and they are all related to the main topic of our project which is: the implementation of innovative teaching methods and techniques so as to stimulate students interest for learning, improve the educational results, reduce early school leaving and give a quality in education.A European Programs' Committee has been formed for the practical management of the project and the participants have been chosen regardless subject, age, gender and experience.We expect that the participants will transfer what they have learned to their colleagues so they can all make use of the acquired knowledge and be more creative and innovative in the classroom. Hopefully, this will change positively the students' idea about school, will stimulate their interest in class, will improve the educational results, and eventually will lessen the early leaving phenomenon. Gradually, students will develop a positive culture about school which will be considered a place of joy, innovation and creativity. School development will reach a high standard. Our school will have gained a European dimension and will open its "gates" to further development and collaborations.
