Wir als zukünftige Europaschule - Erweiterung der interkulturellen Kompetenzen von Lehrern bei der Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Europäischer Schulen

With times of change in regional job markets, we as a school want to renew our strength through work on intercultural projects, especially through foreign experts/professionals as well as the opening of the European Union and therewith interconnected European job markets. Also the project participant has a responsibility to understand/know intercultural portfolio management and to be able to convey this to the teachers collectively.
Teaching content will be learned from different European perspectives and passed. The foreign language skills of our colleagues will be deepened and expanded.
The project participant should improve intercultural and project management competence.The project participants should be able to convey educational content to specific European examples and reinforce the view of the students in Europe.
Number of Participants: 10
The project participant is ready to further their education abroad, posesses suitable linguistic profiency, and is certainly ready to introduce European thought toward faculty, as well bring students closer together.
Description of the measure:
Participation in an intercultural project management advanced training.
Methodology for the project realisation:
About the advanced training intercultural competence should be implemented in the lessons and about the project management competence of the teachers European projects should be institutionalised.
Description of the results:
The project participant reports in a contemporary way about the results of the advanced training event in Portugal to the headmaster and of course also to the Erasmus+Team in the next consultation. Besides, he can hopefully provide information about the given questions. In the next whole staff meeting he will introduce the progress report to win other colleagues for such intercultural advanced training measures. Also he will inform about the schoolboy's advice of the school about possibilities and chances to the cooperation in European projects and advertise. The project participant provides a Powerpoint presentation about the course and the results of the further educational journey. Also it is possible to inform the parents in the next school conference about the contents of the advanced training also.
The project participant will put on the one hand the evaluation results to the headmaster for the headmaster's meeting at the possession with the readiness to speak of this advanced training also before colleague of other schools. Moreover, information occurs to our project partners about the contents of the advanced training.
The results of the advanced training are evaluated not only school-inside but also with external partner.
