“WINE IS FINE “ is a youth exchange planned to take place for 8 activity days between 11-20 october 2017 in Sarata Monteoru ,Romania.The partnership consists of 45 youngsters and group leaders from 8 european countries Cyprus,Bulgaria,Macedonia,Spain,Italy,Slovenia,Portugal and Romania and includes 18 youngsters with fewer opportunities ,unemployed and from poor villagesThe context of the project increasing of alcohol consumption among youngsters,lack of interest for wine even if production is growing and lack of attraction for jobs and initiatives in wine sectorAim of the project is to increase youngsters awareness on wine importance in culture,society and economy and to identify new ways to promote a healthy and responsible consumption of wine.The objectives are :-to offer to 45 youngsters from 8 countries a common space to reflect on cultural diversity and European cooperation for responsibilize alcohol consumption-to redefine place and role of wine in european history and culture by a better understanding of wine traditions and to block stereotypes about wine -to reduce social and health problems generated by alcohol by rising information level of youngsters on bad effects of irresponsible consumption of alcohol-to promote importance of wine in european life and culture and of moderate and healthy wine consumption-to increase employability of youngsters by identifying new opportunities of work and entrepreneurship in agriculture,industry,trade and tourism wings connected with wineryThe activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and geting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural visits and a visual campaign in Buzau,study visits,intercultural evenings,workshops in plennary and groups,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing.The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations ,media creation ,visual campaign.The final results will be flyers,posters,videoclips and a facebook page of the project.Impact will be felt at the level of participants through development of new competences and assimilation of new tools ,at the level of organization through raising of voluntary spirit and more trained youngsters and at the level of local communities through a higher level of civism and awareness of concrete problems of youngsters concerning alcohol consumption and finding solutions to increase employability in wine sectorThe visual campaign products will be disseminated by all partners and participants and the sustainability will be provided by solidity of partnership ,extension of youth cooperation between youngsters and new initiatives and projects in frame of Erasmus +.
