What's Up Europe?
Start date: May 1, 2015, End date: Aug 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

What's Up Europe? Youth - the drive, the future, the heart of Europe in the XXI century will meet in Poland - the heart of Europe to (acting with heart) share their skills and simply their presence to the local society of the small villages, for which Europe can mean so much as nothing and for sure Europe has never been so close to them! ;) The purpose of the meeting is inclusion, steering youth from different countries on the right tracks, equipping them with skills useful in the future to let them use their potential and get an ambitious job, to co-create the EU and initiate international exchanges. In Trzcianka new nations will show up, totally 35 people from 5 countries (Italy, Greece, Romania, England and Poland) which together and - above all - actively will use the project, on the one hand to motivate themselves to work on their future, share their perspectives, to look at the development of the EU and - what is more – involve others in it, share what we learned with the youth from the countryside, present them our cultures, things they do not cope with every day. All this topped with using new technologies, XXI century tools: creating a vlog , post-project movie, happening on the streets of Trzcianka, meetings with local television and city council to set proper cooperation with local institutions. Through the project we want to achieve a number of measurable, and even more intangible results i.a. brainstorming on business ideas and visiting local companies. Participants will create meetings with rural youth, show their presence in the Internet and the local environment of Trzcianka. They will gain new competences in the field of entrepreneurship and sense of initiative, learn to use XXI century tools and share their passions with the rural youth. We will try to use the project to have the impact on far beyond the group of participants (who also mostly will join the youth exchange for the first time in their lives). Our project aims to make Europeans beneficiaries from the exchange in Trzcianka, make those young people pushed to act, encouraged to develop themselves!
