The project " Welfare of Livestock : Modern trends in Vocational Education" (the project) will be transfer of foreign knowledge and practical experience to develop knowledge and skills of teachers / trainers Association of Private Farming in the Czech Republic. The implementation of internships for 24 teachers / trainers is achieved by extending their expertise in teaching Welfare of Livestock. After passing mobility will be trainers / instructors are able issue welfare reflected in all areas related to livestock production. Design of the proposed project responds to changes in business conditions in the agricultural sector in the context of accession to the European Union. CR is committed to transpose the principles of the Common Agricultural Policy within the manifest new approaches, and therefore it will be necessary first of all to exercise effective transfer of information for further decision-making capability and maintain competitiveness in line with EU requirements. The first priority should be regarded as a shift from technology increasing production to the broader aims primarily involving environmental protection, quality of agricultural products and ensuring the animals welfare. The main reason for the importance of this problem calculates that parameters welfare becomes a factor that defines the same time the quality of production and thus the competitiveness of manufacturers. The aim of the project is the realization of a weekly mobility in Latvia for two groups of 12 persons. Participants in these mobilities are selected on the basis of the tender, which will be implemented by the National office of the Association of Private Farming in the CR in Prague. The target group that will participate in the project are teachers / trainers Association of Private Farming in the CR who are involved in educational activities the Association of Private Farming in the CR. Lecturers / trainers are working with the Association of Private Farming in the CR on the long-term basis of contract for work. Project management will be in charge of the implementation team, who shall appoint the Association of Private Farming in the CR. The project team will be experienced professionals, permanent staff of the Association of Private Farming in the CR, who are knowledgeable of similar projects. The project will be divided into three main phases: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparatory phase will include activities such as the establishment of a detailed schedule of the program, the responsible persons, etc. The implementation phase will focus on the implementation of the project and meet its goals. The final phase of the evaluation, it will evaluate the mobility and will explore how to successfully achieve the objectives of the project. This phase will also include dissemination activities. The main impact of the project on the mobility of the person concerned, which will deepen their personal skills and comptence. But it will also impact on the entire organization, because the person concerned will in future be able to further their knowledge and distribute it using various training sessions and seminars. The membership of the Association of Private Farming in the CR will have the opportunity to participate in various training courses and seminars to broaden their knowledge of other areas. The long-term benefit of the project is seen in the fact that farmers are well-versed welfare of farm animals will be interested in ensuring that their production was not only economically profitable, but also that there was an emphasis on the ethical aspect of livestock. It is important to realize that animals are living creatures and need to make them create conditions favorable to life.
