Weiterentwicklung der individuellen Förderung im Hauptfachunterricht (Lernbüro) der Christlichen Gesamtschule Bleibergquelle

We are an integrative school for students with and without disabilities. A main part of our reform educational concept is to allow individual support for each student, especially in all main subjects and the "open learning“ offers (sciences and social studies). Constant enhancement since 2007. Various attendances in other German schools with reform educational concepts, as well as schools in Switzerland and Finland, have helped improving our own concept. The "individual development plan“ of Swedish schools has been suggested to us from many places. This is why we are planning to send two of our headmasters to Swedish educational institutions including preschools and teacher-training. In observation and conversations with the various participants in creation, realization and outcome of "individual development plans“ we would like to explore its benefits in both theory and practice. There will be two conceptional days in the school year of 2015/16 where all the results will be presented to the colleagues and options for adoption in our school will be agreed on. Considering the continuous visitors in our school because of internships, visits and further education of teachers from other schools, we believe that the results from our trip could me multiplied further on.
