Our school is on it's own responsibility. To this nature are a stady evaluation, commitment and openness to experience very significant. The collegues have to get different chances to get knowledge, to compare their own experiences and to make exchanges of experience outside of their town and country- also outside of Germany. The language development of this very teacher in English at primary school should increase the quality of the lessons. She can use the knowledge in Landeskunde, the new methods for primary language learning in her classes. She'll give her ideas to the other collegues. She's interested in getting a course in England or Scotland. The collegues applying for job- shadowing, are developing a high account of ideas to integrate children with special needs in classes. Sometimes there are borders in case of the organisation, of the methods, of the staff and the material surrounding. Their interest is to get the chance to see how does the integration goes on in primary schools in Great Britain- maybe in Schotland. After this activity they could tell in our school team about their experiences, can introduce new ideas and motivate to imitate. We also can clear our own position in case of this very special point of modern education. Both acticities are going to inspire the whole team for further similar activities.
