With the changes in the regional labour markets into a European labour market the requirements at our scool have changed. Our scoool schould and wants to prepare our students for Europe and for the Euroepan labour market. That is why the teachers' intercultural an project management skills have to be signficantly improved. Intercultrual skills are a multidisciplinary competence and an essential part of Europe open school. The skills schould be learned in intercultrual training courses and project managament training courses. Important for us it that teachers attend the courses together with teachers from other countries so that the cross-cultural learning cannot only take place during the trainingn course period, but also during the whole seminar time. At the same time teachers have the opportunity to intensively meet potential project partners and plan with them school exchanges. Project goals are improvement of intercultural skills and project management skills of teachers.
