The WEBBITT project will develop both pedagogic skills (competencies) and a range of dedicated support materials aimed particularly at ICT training personnel, who will, in turn, test the new skills & materials on 'return to learn' public sector workers across each of the four partner countries.Focussing particularly upon those teaching the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), the project will develop training materials for those concerned with delivering the ECDL by flexible or distance means.Materials will be output in all partner languages (EN, EL & HU) and will comprise background information, a series of actual related activities and tutor support notes. A summative technical document will further be produced outlining issues related to the integration of internet & CD-Rom technologies with pedagogic issues.Project results will be available to download via the project website and beyond this (benefiting from the project partnership), dissemination will be assisted in the use of the offices and existing partner networks of ECDL.
