The general purpose of the project is to form an international university education program in network based communication, to form models of multicultural guidance in the net,to form implementations of network based communication geared towards adult education programs Helsinki and Tallinn universities will develop a further education program in network based communication and a model of multicultural guidance based on network communication. And concrete network communication tools meant for adult studying systems, adult education and adult guidance will be developed by polytechnics and other institutes of higher education in areas out side of universities in Finland and Estonia. In the project will be analyzed the current and future need for university level further education in the business sector. The results of the analysis will help in scoping out the possibilities to meet these education needs by extending the current curriculum with network based education.
