"We can, we will" is a youth exchange where will be included 40 participants from 6 partner counties: Armenia, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Italy and Romania. The project will be held in Yerevan in 21April-May1. Each programme country will represent 5(4 + 1 group leader) end EaP countries - 10 (8+2 group leaders) participants from different social-economical backgrounds mainly between the ages 18-25.The aim of the project is to struggle with the problem of unemployment. There are lots of reasons, why this problem occurs: lack of workplaces, financial crisis etc. Another reason is the mentality of youth generation. We want to give knowledge to our participants that will be useful for searching and finding good job. They will gain such kind of experience and skill which will be useful for finding jobs in future. During the project we want to encourage the active citizenship, because this can be one of the solutions for this problem. The project will explain the importance of active citizenship for young people, to be competitive and full of potential persons. For this part the main goals will be: to develop creativity of participants, to learn to be more independent persons, to help to understand importance of good experience, useful skills and having large connections. The result of the project will be completed a handbook for youngsters, which will be constructed around advises and experience of all participants in the theme of "Reach to Your Job". The whole period of implementing project will be based on non-formal education.During this project applicants will be the hosts of the project the other 5 partners will be sending organizations.
