Project "Way to go" is a response to the problems of young people in search of careers in the creation and realization of experiential events for children of youth and in the labor market in general. Its aim is to share experiences with other young people from partner group, compare options in both countries, consider the possibility of work abroad, find a way to apply and further develop the vocational and competency page. The secondary objective is to create a common fictitious companies offering original services and concept of its first event. The main activity of the project will be the exchange of 40 young people from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which will be held in July 2015. participants will be members of two informal groups, of which aim is to to continue working with children and young people not only in their free time. As parts of the exchange will be used primarily work in mixed groups, discussions, workshops, solving of model situations, simulation of fictitious company and adventure activities. The result of the project will be sharing experiences of participants, comparing the conditions for success in both countries, creation of individual personal development plans, common fictitious companies and concept of its first action. The potential long-term benefits may be spreading outputs of the project towards other young people in similar situations.
