Way of financial independence
Start date: May 21, 2015, End date: Nov 20, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Our project ,Way of financial independence, took a place in Czech Republic, because this country was a host country, and specifically in the Chřibys hills, 17 km southwest of Kroměříž - UNESCO Cities. Since it was a bilateral youth exchange, in addition to Czech country there were representative from other countries of the European Union, such as Slovakia and Poland. The main theme of the project, Way of financial independence, was to solve unemployment problems. The project ran from 04-10-2015 to 12-10-2015, on 9 full days. And each participant whad provided with full board. It was incorporated up to 45 young people from three different European countries. We aimed to identify the main causes of unemployment, together with the reasons and problems that different countries experienced. One of the reasons for organizing this exchange was that we were endeavoring to give our young unemployed more of an insight into opportunities available to them. Experiences they could gain and shared through improving their competence, attitude and approach. Young people had an opportunity to shift their perceptions of financial strain and find a way how to get better job through miscellaneous activities. The main objective of the project was to improve on the positive thinking of young Europeans. Rather than dwelling on negative stereotypical images of young europeans, we tried to celebrate on their strengths and focus on the skills that they can bring to the employment market. We are confident that the projekt enrich and support each other to seek new solutions. The youth exchange includes various activities such as presentations and workshops to help young people learn new skills and develop their knowledge of how things work in different countries. It also identifies which countries have the most problems with young people finding a job. Using presentations, we can help young people improve their use of the English language. This is particularly useful as many Czech people do not commonly use English.
