The main objectives of the operation are to improve waste management system in the project area and to increase awareness among the local population about the importance of separately collecting waste and recycling. The improved waste management system reduces the amount of waste that is leaving for the landfill. Expected Results: Increased awareness of the need for separately collection and disposal of waste, promoted waste management system, reduced number of wild landfills and cleaner environment.
