- In a difficult Socioeconomic context, certain Young people seem to have important educational deficiencies , Rule of life in community, acceptance of the constraints - These projects allow the Young people to find a sense to their everyday life and to their future projects. WHAM-L is a project placed in a program of exchange of young people between l'Ancrage, the associative structure which organizes social and cultural activities with young people and family in France (Tréport) and Tordale, organization which lends the support for the young people with a mental handicap and - or the young people with behavior severe and problems emotional as well as autistic. This project is the continuity of the exchange of both structures realized in July, 2014. This year the exchange lasts 7 days and will take place to Torhout in Belgium from 22 till 29 August 2015 and 16 young people will participate in this action (8 young French people and 8 young Belgians). Two presenters youth of the Social and cultural Space l'Ancrage will accompany the French group and two educators specialized from the center Tordale for the Belgian group. The activities which will be organized are: Cultural visits of Torhout, Bruges and Brussels Intercultural evening Evening of sharing and exchange Studios Workshops well-balanced cooking Studios Workshops traditional cooking Creative studios Sports activities This project defends the objective of inclusion, with this exchange we want to give the opportunity to the young people with a handicap and severe and grave problems to participate and to create. On the other hand we shall give " a window " by which the young people can see people who have talents, how much we have all points common and how it is easy and pleasant to cooperate and to work together and to accept. The objectives which ensue are: - Health: many young people suffer from obesity and from eating disorders, in this project, through sports activities, and from studios of well-balanced cooking we let us wish to emphasize a healthy lifestyle. - Culture: allow the young people to discover the cultural wealth of Europe through this exchange which will be the opportunity to the Young French people and the Belgians to discover the heritage and the history of Belgium. - Fight against social exclusion: this project is going to allow the young people, in spite of their differences, to meet, to share activities, to exchange and to realize a common European project in which every young person finds his place and values his participation. - Education: the learning defendsthe main objective of the program. We chose the not formal education, we also choose participants' mixture. In France, a group of young people stemming from a rural area and who have problems of early school leaving and social problems and in Belgium, A group of young people who suffer handicaps (both groups have already realized a first meeting in Tréport in France in July, 2014). The project will have an important impact in the local level in Torhout and in Tréport as well as the cities of the surroundings thanks to the importance and the support of municipalities and inhabitants of exchange without forgetting the local press which spreads permanently the news of the realized European exchanges. The city of Bruges also makes a commitment to set up activities during the visit of the young people on August 27th, 2015 to value and share the action.
