Main goals of the project: developing language competences, broadening knowledge of methodology and technical competence, studying innovative techniques of working with students, acquiring modern skills in management and marketing specific for modern managerial staff.Participants' profile: Polish language teacher, the school principal, conscious of the educational changes introduces innovative ideas in the institution. In her opinion, people managing schools in Europe should share their experiences. She will be able to begin international collaboration through the development of the language competences. Only such attitude can encourage others to take action and to seek personal development, which will influence the effects of teaching and the students' accomplishments. The integrated teaching tutor is in the process of acquiring additional qualifications in English teaching. The development of her language and methodical competences is compatible with the training needs in our institution. The participation in the project gives the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge acquired in the methodology class during studies, as well as acquiring new skills. Through development of her language skills and meeting new people she will be able to gain relevant knowledge in methodology.Participating in the project will allow the English teacher to achieve relevant knowledge in methodology within the field of her subject and to develop her language skills through contact with other people using the language on everyday basis.Action: The appointed group will be supervising the project development, Rights and Duties Regulations will be carried out for the participants, the Goal Achievement Card will be prepared, a school coordinator responsible for the project participant - training host contact will be appointed, the participants will be presented with the training programme, a person responsible for training class audit will be appointed, constant phone and e-mail communication will be provided for the participants and people remaining at home, a person responsible for booking tickets and purchasing insurance policy will be chosen. Participation in the project will raise the status of the school.
