The „Teacher training“ project objectives are in compliance with the European development plan. The foreign language teachers are the target group and the project aims at the improvement in language competencies, deepening intercultural knowledge, language-culture harmonization, experience sharing and gaining new ideas, challenges, motivation and inspiration mainly in the latest teaching methods. Thus the project focuses on broadening teaching expertise in social, professional and PR areas. The English and German language teachers involved are as follows: Olga Bobrzyková, Vladimíra Rosáková, Blanka Kumštová, Lucie Čechová, Lucie Králová, Lenka Žilínková and they took part in the language & methodology courses namely: • Olga Bobrzyková, Vladimíra Rosáková – Beet Language Centre • Lucie Čechová, Lucie Králová – Edinburgh School of English • Blanka Kumštová – Horizonte – Institut für Sprache, Kommunikation und Kultur • Lenka Žilínková - The Lake School of English As these language course graduates implemented the newly gained knowledge and skills into their lessons, the language teaching at our school noticed great progress. Furthermore, the course outputs touched not only the participants themselves but also pupils, other teachers, parents and wide public, since they were actively shared within our region. In conclusion, the whole project can be assessed as highly efficient and productive.
