The main goal of The Teaching Foreign Languages at Elementary School Project is the German and English teachers permanent development of their teaching skills at The Rakvice Kindergarden and Elementary School. It fits with commenced language education out of The Czech Republic. It is a part of a longterm school plan for the language teachers to stay out of The Czech Republic once in two or three years. Our project will last two years. The project goals were formed to follow the Europian development plan and the school educational programme. In general , it is about getting relevant knowledge, information, experience,skills and inovations in a foreign language teaching sphere, that wil be integrated into the inner educational system. The main target group of our project are two German and two English teachers. The principal goal is their language methodical education. .The work content of the courses will proceed from the main target project group needs. The project will be put into practice by four mobilities- destinations Malta and Germany, when each teacher will complete one mobility. We expect especially a teacher language knowledge and skills development, meeting new teaching forms through the foreign course realization . We will inform the school staff about the project implementation and its results at a school meeting . In addition, we realise a course participants questionnaire. A teacher delegate together with the Project coordinator will perform the questionnaire and concepts evaluation ,and will establish, which concepts will be realised for meeting of appointed project goals. These outputs will serve to evaluate the project benefits for our school and their influence on the teacher staff development. We would like to inform the public through our websites, the open school day . the headteachers meetings, the partners school days within the region. To public the information we will use the local newspaper and the e-Twinning platform. We will realise a project presentation and a result project presentation including established partnerships within the project implementation in a host country. The ensuring of a quality foreign language teaching will help to the permanent fulfilment of the main priority of our elemetary school educational programme ,which is the language teaching.
