The aim of this project was to study the further adult vocational education and training in Spain. The study concentrated in the form and the structure of the programs offered in lifelong - learning, alternatives in adult requalification and the implementation of those programs in the Spanish education system. The participants could understand the interconnections between providers of further vocational education and training of adults with their social partners in the Spanish environment. The participants of the exchange became familiar with the culture of the visited areas and also were able to use extensively their knowledge of English language. The experience of the internship, targeted to further vocational education and training of adults in Spain has remarkably influenced in the professional growth of the participants. The participants of the exchange were able to compare further vocational education and training both in Spain and the Czech Republic. The knowledge gained from models of good practice is being gradually applied by CUOK and its affiliated local centers through the implementation of further vocational education and adults training. The experience gained also meant motivation in both professional and language development, which has also contributed to the personal and professional growth of the participants. As a further phase, the experience of the project has been transferred by CUOK at different events, seminars and conferences, where the organization has taken part as an expert on further vocational education and adult training issues. CUOK used its website and the local press to present and spread the experience of the project. We consider spreading the results of the exchange as one of the most important assets of good practice, obtained in Spain. The mobility took place in October 2015 and it was held in Galicia, Spain. The professional program of work was prepared in cooperation with the APAGA association. The program included the exchange of experience and information in the field of further vocational education and training of adults. The program comprised visits of educational institutions, training centers, and discussions with experts in the fields of vocational education and training of adults. Participants had also the opportunity to learn about specifics and methods related to adult education in the Spanish educational system. The participants became familiar with various forms of cooperation with social partners, who were also visited during the occasion. As an added value, the establishment of long-term cooperation between the participants and institutions of the exchange program has been evidently beneficial for all the parties involved. The exchange was certified by the Europass Mobility, which each participant received at the end of the exchange. This document confirms the contents and length of the exchange. Thanks to the careful preparation of the host and the sending organizations all previously set goals of the study visit were met.
