Everybody, every new experience, every new information, every new theoretical and practical knowledge, every contribution, every action counts! And if we summarize: Every part counts! for our future personal development and our lifes.Every part counts! is international youth exchange that will last for 11 days and will take place in Smolnik and Maribor (Slovenia), including 27 young people and 6 leaders from Germany, Spain (Bask Country) and Slovenia.Main theme of the exchange is education about different uncommon professions through outdoor activities and practical experiences where for example during exiciting river trip with lumber raft young people will do an interview with raftsman about his profession and will have a chance to ride a raft. In the similar active and exciting way young participants will be introduced to uncommon professions like herbalist, rescuer, magician and guardian. The stove-maker's profession will be presented to young participants through action in local community, where young people will invite local citizens to participate in building an outdoor clay stove which they will also decorate with mosaic and will tell a story of friendship, intercultural dialog and creativity.With actively gained experiences about uncommon professions which are not necessariliy connected to classical educational system, young people may be encouraged to find ideas, inspiration for themselves, fur their future life and profession and to experience that to certain level profession can be also invited.Indispensable part of our youth exchange will be building a group dynamics through team building games, language workshop, freetime and sport activities and celebrating our cultural diversity through presentations of our traditional food, songs, games, dances.
