The exchange includes the young peole with fewer opportunities from 8 European countries. We were for 7 days in Tolmin and used sports and outdoor education as a tool for building our positive self- esteem. Through the workshoops and sports games we will acheived more selfconfident, more optimism. We had different workshops and activities in sense to built the selfesteemation and selfconfident.
