The planned project aims to increase the intercultural awareness and competencies of primary school children by using new technologies in the classroom. Initially the idea is to pilot it during modern foreign language lessons (English) and later to increase this to other subject areas. The students will be able to come in contact with every day school realities and life in other European countries. The participating teachers will support other teachers in their school to use the technologies and will cooperate with the local teacher training center (LFI) to make sure that the knowledge is shared. An evaluation will reflect in the project and make any necessary adaptions for the future.
