The goal of our school is to enhance the internationalism and build up a regular exchange with schools abroad and a school partnership . This two-year project aims to raise the professional skills of a significant number of teachers concerning internationalization and foreign language teaching. The interest in eTwinning should be awakened to introduce it in our school. First, we send out two teachers. They shall participate in an English teacher refresher course in advanced language and methodology for Secondary teachers to refresh her language skills , learn new methods of teaching foreign languages and possibly to test eTwinning. Furthermore, it is to gain experience abroad and take the opportunity to establish contacts with colleagues abroad , also in order to find potential partners for our exchange project. In 2015, 2 to 3 more teachers will take part in training courses abroad to improve their language skills and methodological skills and be motivated to establish a permanent exchange with schools abroad. We hope that the experiences learnt on internationalization will make our teaching more motivating and sustainable to both pupils and teachers, and that a permanent international exchange can be established to promote an understanding of other countries and customs .
