According to the school development plan and curriculum, the school's aim is to develop an international cooperation and partnership. The aim is to improve language and ICT competence of teachers. The school is sending three elementary /English teachers to England to enhance language comprehension and two gymnasium English teachers to improve ICT knowledge. The German teacher will go to Austria as the exchange teacher according to Austria-Estonia project, where she will introduce living in Estonia, local culture and teaches German. To fulfill the aims of the project, we formed a team where there are representatives of the management, heads of departments (foreign language and elementary) and a project co-ordinator. As the result of the project the language and ICT skills of the teachers improve, as well improves teaching quality, new methodology is taken into the classroom, teachers will be more active in participating in eTwinning projects. The teachers will share their knowledge to their colleagues and carry out open lessons where they use the obtained knowledge. The effect of the study visits will be introduced on the school's web page, in the local newspaper and in other portals and publications.
