The design of this project emerges from the idea of creating an engine that energizes the youth of the town Tocina. EVS is an action that brings young people from a European country with other young people in a rural village such as Tocina and vice versa. The actions of volunteers will be developed in the village of Tocina, specifically in the Delegations of Youth, Culture and Education. In the Youth Office, the volunteer will work closely with the technical staff in performing dynamic activities of youth work, youth participation and associational dynamism. In the Cultural Office, they will work closely with the technical staff in performing cultural revitalization, library tasks, training courses and cultural events held in the town
