The VoTaLECS project is aiming to provide more (, equal) opportunities to our vocational training pupils. International internships will allow them to improve on self-esteem, communication skills, cultural skills, etc. And it will allow them to intensively work on their technical, professional skills as well. This will give the pupils additional skills and competences which will allow them to have better opportunities in life in general and on more specifically on the labour market. VoTaLECS will help them become better citizens and employees, and will help them reach their personal goals in life.
