Vocational Education and Training for Business Advisors (VETBA)
The project will increase the contribution of Business Advisors as change agents who facilitate the uptake of innovation and growth within their SME clients, and therefore, within the overall EU economy.The training aims to teach the knowledge necessary for Business Advisors, and improve their performance as mentors and business advisors.The objectives of the project were: - Identify, across Europe, the training needs of businesses advisers;- Adapt existing training materials, and complement with new materials to create a new, multilingual, online training course.The online course is available to Business Advisors in four languages – English, Polish, Romanian, and Portuguese.
