Improving Continuing Education in Modern industry automation techniques : A pilot project was set up at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, which aims to improve Continuing Education in Modern industry automation techniques at the university, bringing its courses into line with European standards. Powerful training media were developed through a transfer of experience and resources between the partners - universities and companies. These are intended to reinforce the aptitudes and skills of students to make it easier for them to find a job in companies, as well as reskilling company staff in the field of modern industry automation. This project started in 2000 and lasted 27 months.
