This individual mobility project originates from the needs identified within the school organization. On the one hand, the needs of those to be educated, which represent one strategic target of the School Action Plan ( the Institutional Development Plan)and, on the other hand, the training needs of the educators, allowing them to carry through the task they have been entrusted with by the community to which the school belongs, and that is to prepare students for higher levels of education and for the labour market. Carrying out specific activities, such as questionnaire, interview, direct observation, the project team has established the priorities and the training necessities. Thus, it has been decided that a number of 10 teachers from almost all teaching areas shall participate in training activities. We have established the procedures of selecting the candidates, the service companies ( transportation, food, accommodation), the training providers. We have established responsibilities within the project team and each person in charge will monitor the carrying out of each stage of the project. The teachers involved will sign a commitment declaration, pledging to observe the schedule( training, actual participation, follow-up activities).The essential aspects of the project and of each activity, as well as the products of the students’ and of the teachers’ activities will be published on the school site www.spiruh.ro , in the school periodical “Glas Haretian” ISSN 2247-8124 and in the periodical of the Information and Research Centre in our college, “Idealuri Haretiene” ISSN 978-606-8287-39-3 , as well as on zel-romania.ning.com/ , a site coordinated by Mr.Aurel Graur, the inspector for European projects and programmes in our district. Also, the good practice examples and the concrete results of the project will represent a starting point for introducing a new strategic target in the School Action Plan 2015-2020 concerning the teachers’ permanent training through Erasmus + projects.
