* DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND OF OUR PROJECT: Our Institution is a ‘primary school‘ which provides training under control of the Ministry of Education. Families ignore to support their children in the aspect of socio-cultural and economically and there are many "Roman Families" living in this unfavorable area. Our school is deprived of social activities to benefit the children and families. It is very neccessary to have free time activities and facilities after school for these kind of students. When we evaluate family and environmental conditions, we need to increase students' motivation and prevent early school dropouts. * OBJECTIVES OF OUR PROJECT: It is planned to carry out many school activities to prevent early school leaving in our region. As a result of the questionnaires which have been applied to all our students, it has been identified that they have problems with goal setting, lesson interests and social cohesion (family, environment and peer relationships). They are not eager to attend school. Because of these reasons, it is aimed to change the negative perceptions of students by using visual arts, music, drama and group works. In this respect; to learn about the different nations of the education system, to try different ICT-based innovative methodologies and Open Educational Resources including teaching-learning methods in our school, to take advantage of the different educational systems in terms of methods and techniques that can be applied to promote positive behavior in children, to improve the basic transversal, digital skills and multilingualism of our staff in our in our school and to adapt them to our institution are aimed. * NUMBER AND PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS: Our participants will be 12 people who are primary school teachers. 4-person teams will participate in training in 3 different countries. Each participant will be able to participate in one training course. After the activities held abroad, they will share experiences they have acquired with the other staff in their institutions and region. Common characteristics of our participants; they have representation capability and are highly motivated and innovative people who are open to individual development and different topics. Except these common characteristics; they can compare closely and follow developments in Europe, outside the common features they are volunteers to share specific targets for mobility or experience, as well as they will participate as volunteers in all the works according to the requirements in accordance and compliance activities in the project. * DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES: The target of our Project is to make our participants take courses in the subject of "Increasing Motivation of Students" in Europe's most advanced countries. - "Encouraging Creative Thinking" (November, 2015) - "Creativity and innovation in teaching and training & how to use music, art, ICT ve sport in education" (February, 2016) - "Building emotional relationships to prevent early school leaving" (June, 2016) * THE METHODOLOGY WHICH WILL BE USED WHILE CARRYING OUT OF OUR PROJECT: European Quality Charter of Principles and Criteria will be applied; - Information and Guidance, - Learning Plan, - Personalization, - General Preparation, - Linguistic Preparation, - Logistics Support, - Consulting, - Certification, - Reintegration and Evaluation, - Commitments and Responsibilities. ESTIMATED RESULTS AND IMPACTS OF OUR PROJECT: In the end of the Project, the participants will transfer the whole experience and knowledge they have gained to their institutions. They will also contribute to their institutions to reach European standards in school education. With these activities, our institution and staff will gain competencies in ICT-based methodologies, new teaching methods and tools in the European dimension in the subject of "Increasing Motivation of Students". So that, the activities will gain meaning internationally and the value of our institution will increase.
