The aim is to test and develop an e-training programme and materials prepared so far for training in culture production, as well as to develop educational plans in this sector. A survey is carried out on preconditions for positive experiences in internet-based learning, and the methods of e-learning are further developed to be utilised in joint training and courses. Target areas: Southwest Finland and Tartu (Estonia)
