The project " Virtual experience - real change " is a training directed to 25 participants from five European countries: Macedonia, Slovakia, Turkey, Romania and Poland. The participants are youth workers and teachers of business education among youth. The aim of the training is to increase knowledge in business education and its dissemination with the use of innovative methods such as online stock market simulators, board games and simulations and the use of non-formal education methods in business education. The training involves equipping the participants with the knowledge of how to use online stock market simulators, board games and simulations in business education. It also puts the methods into practice by involving the participants into creating their own workshops and implementing it among students of local secondary school. Methodology of the project includes the use of non-formal education , including simulation , working in small groups and practicing the learned methods. The short-term effect of the project is gaining skills in business education workshop implementation for young people with the use of non-formal education and innovative methods, such as board games, online stock market simulators by the participants of the training. The long-term result will be applying the knowledge and methods to youthwork, motivating youth to be more active in business education and to use its rules in adult life.
