Virtual Community Building by Exchanging New Approaches in Teaching

New learning paradigm changes the traditional paradigm of education and teacher becomes not only its activity manager, but also a learner in his/her own work. For this new role is no longer sufficient his/her usual pedagogical competency, which is associated with traditional, systematic organization of teaching and learning process. Either the current global society is immersed in a process of continuous change; the progress we are living is marked by the inclusion of information communication technologies (ICT) in all areas of development. This was the main point where our impact on a collective project was needed, especially developing and updating competencies in the field of new technologies and that teachers should anticipate the needs of society and to use all tools at their disposal to provide quality teaching in practice. The partnership project C.U.B.E aimed to build the virtual adult educators community by exchanging approaches and methods also learning how to integrate modern technologies and tools into teaching different subjects, and to help educators to provide their lessons in attractive and motivating way. Multicultural group of participants collaborated together by exchanging best practices, acquiring new competencies and experience to deepen their knowledge in the field of ICT and teaching skills using various innovative teaching methods and techniques. As well as we learnt from each other in European cooperation searching for unique things in each cultural context, also we improved our personal and foreign language skills. Project activities, examples of good practice, feedbacks, other results are published on the project portal, widely disseminated according to dissemination plan and strategy, using partners networks and evaluated by partners and external users.
