General aim:Development and deepening of cultural co-operation between Poland and the Kaliningrad District, as a first phase in order to establish in CKiWM until the end of 2007 a department of Warminsko-mazurski District Self-government - An International Centre of Co-operation with the Kaliningrad District. Direct aims:1. To make it possible to carry out broadband online communication between Poland and Russia by means of videoconferences, internet radion stattion, internet documentation distribution (films, presentations, sound files).2. To create central and common information database adapted to gathering and making information on cultural events, creators and artists, enterprises and creations in the cross-border region available.
