The project is aimed to develop a special facility which can support management of so called creative (or innovative) industries in Europe. It will develop a virtual business incubator for the creative industries (with a focus on industrial arts) using innovative ICT including CMS, SMS and RSS feeds, providing specific business support and training.The project responds to the need of raising competitiveness of European firms and the European Union as a whole. The use of ITC is a way for simple propagation of modern VET technologies in the innovative entrepreneurship area, especially directing to those which are in early stages of development.
