ΒΙΟΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΑΜΠΕΛΟΚΑΛΛΙΕΡΓΕΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΙΑΚΗ ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ

The proposed plan addressed 20 students AGRICULTURAL Schools NEMEAS namely undergraduates of specialty Viticulture Oinotechnias. Students of Schools from throughout the Greek territory, are members of farm families engaged in viticulture and is in the process of developing their own entrepreneurial activity or to continue the family business of which they are members. The purpose of their apprenticeship in our school is certification of their skills , formal and scientific documentation of the production process to be followed in the production of wine products , enriching the knowledge and practice of preparing traditional products , the emergence and maintenance of old traditional recipes . Please note that students are interns at the premises of the faculty attending because they really want it and not because they are forced to do so because " seeing " their education as driver of entrepreneurship them .The participants are the most powerful factor in maintaining the tradition and variety of wine products in Greece . They are the seed development of traditional oinotechnias and effectively in their professional development based branch of traditional wine production in Greece . They are carriers of knowledge of recipes and techniques , which are disappearing at an ever ekviomichanopoiimeno environment where all the products look the same ( taste and appearance ) . The requirements will cover the project is not as theoretical as practical , experiential , exploratory . Arise not from their targets relating to creating products that will have the personal stamp of producers and their regions while satisfying the safety and sanitary conditions in the production process . Also in the acquisition of knowledge and experience required for the transformation of traditional units wineries in farm houses with a focus on preparing wine products. Participants are not lacking knowledge , deficit , for them, is a professional experience that will push both themselves and families companies whose members , diversify the product image and allocate the order to make it attractive modeled on the Italian model . Culture change , diversification of the working environment , the European experience , improving techniques, use of materials that highlight the product and do not degrade in general a training package that will improve and develop their professional skills beyond the narrow learning discipline are the target of our project . Other objectives of the project is to develop cooperation between our organization with local small craft wine products of Italy, together with training providers who can offer opportunities " training " beyond the narrow learning objects , emphasizing the acquisition of professional experience development and entrepreneurship . Also aim of the project is the dissemination of experience and knowledge that will equip students to those who are not selected to participate in mobility. Information and information for local communities that students will live and grow business . The development of an active European citizen. The mobility will take place in Central Italy , in the capital of the province of Pescara Abruzzo. In the province of Abruzzo 32,000 hectares cultivated with vines is a very dynamic area with many wineries and wine exports to many countries .
